Board of Directors
The board of Directors is responsible for:

defining the group structure and group organization;

defining the authority and responsibilities of the APEN Group and their staff;

presentation of the Company's annual report;

defining the Company's investment strategy and guidelines;

appointment of the members of the Investment Committee.
Management
The management of the Company is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company (including facilitating the investment process, investor relations services and corporate tasks).
