Information on APEN's financial performance is published regularly in the following reports:

-The annual report contains audited financial statements, extensive  
  information about the development of the company, its strategy and
  short descriptions of the direct investments.

-Quarterly reports in March, June, September and December contain
  a market commentary and a financial update.

-The Information Memorandum contains all information with regard to
 the Company. It was prepared for the capital increase in 2000.
