Board of Directors
The board of Directors is responsible for:
-taking of the AIG PE Groups investment decisions;
-appointment of the members of the Investment Committee;
-defining the Company's investment strategy and guidelines;
-defining the group structure and group organization;
-defining the authority and responsibilities of the AIG PE Group and
their staff;
-presentation of the Company's annual report.
Management
The management of the Company are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company (including facilitating the investment process, investor relations services and corporate tasks).
Investment Committee
The Investment Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for assessing the investment opportunities presented by the Managment and the Investment Advisor and subsequently making investment recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval by the latter.
